THE ART & WORK OF FROYD

A studio based in Melbourne AU that took almost two years to build and finish. An important part of that build was establishing a strong brand and recognisable logo. Situated on Marshall St, it was always the client's intention to incorporate a street sign. Handing over images from movies and famous street shot wide angles it was clear to see what was desired.

Using simple geometric laws the two signs although attached seemed ranked in perspective. The lower sign, 'studio' the regular but important part of the business name runs on eye level perspective while the higher, "Marshall St' dominates on a slant. These exaggerated perspectives were essential in representing the display of the studio name.
