The client came to the project with a very clear idea of what could work. Desirably a sound waveform, or a kind of compressed zig-zag line design was to work with the 'W' in Weston Audio. The simplicity of the idea like all simple ideas struggled to take a distinguishable form that was more like a waveform but not too hard to read. A thin application of geometry and simple maths helped with the final design which could be featured as both an iconic logo and a readable part of the full business name.
Strong supporting material was prepared, the grey scale colour scheme was agreed on and individual branding elements took form. An invoice template and a few other admin files were prepared at the clients request.
